Attending Lighthouse events throughout the year is a fun way to connect with Central Florida’s community of blind and visually impaired, and offers an opportunity to see first hand the Lighthouse mission in action.

Golf After Dark Held at the Winter Park 9 Golf Course at the Winter Park Country Club. Golfers and guests will enjoy dinner, drinks, silent auction and festivities before they tee it up for 9 holes of “glow golf” at sunset. [EVENT INFORMATION]

Sight & Sole This is a family friendly fall festival event with free refreshments and entertainment, children’s activities, engagement with fundraising teams and public awareness for Lighthouse Central Florida and Lighthouse Works! Open to the public, free of charge![EVENT INFORMATION]

Dining in the Dark Immerse yourself in a world of aroma, taste, sound and texture—all in total darkness! Diners are treated to a multi-course, gourmet meal prepared by professional chefs and are served by members of the Orlando police Department’s SWAT team - who navigate the pitch black room outfitted in night-vision goggles. Emerging Vision Breakfast This is our annual breakfast fundraiser where attendees experience compelling testimony delivered by Lighthouse clients from the past program year. The event is a wonderful opportunity to recognize and celebrate Lighthouse stakeholders and community partners, large and small, who endeavor to champion the cause of inclusion for Central Floridians who live with blindness and vision loss. 2021 Festival of TreesThe Prewitt Group is sponsoring Lighthouse Central Florida’s participation in the Orlando Museum of Art’s Festival of Trees, Sparkling Holidays Traditions. Lighthouse Central Florida’s tree theme is 'FAMOUS PEOPLE WHO SHINE WITH VISION LOSS.' [EVENT INFORMATION]
