Dear Friends,

I want to take a moment to congratulate all the mothers today. To honor this special day, we wanted to introduce you to Marlie and her mom Damianna. Marlie is celebrating her second birthday today, while celebrating Mother's Day too!

Marlie has an eye condition that developed as a result of complications related to her premature birth. Along with her family, Marlie is now learning to cope with the impacts of her visual impairments.

She's currently enrolled in our Early Intervention program and recently collaborated with her Early Intervention Mentor, Martha, to create the artwork that was presented in our Sight & Sole WalkFest auction.

Please join us in celebrating all the mothers, like Damianna, who go above and beyond to ensure their child receives vision rehabilitation services to help them reach their developmental milestones.
